Several months ago we purchased a new travel camera. We were looking for a small, lightweight camera with good image quality that wouldn't break the bank. After doing a bunch of research we decided to try the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II.
After trips to Aspen, Disney World, and Disneyland, we have found that it is just the right balance of portability, image quality, and price. The "kit" lens that comes with the camera covers a nice focal range while being quite sharp. It also is a decent macro lens. In addition, Olympus also offers a wide variety of lenses that meet the needs of enthusiast on through to professional photographers. We have since purchased the 40-150mm telephoto zoom lens as well as the 17mm, 25mm, and 75mm lenses. We couldn't be happier...
If you're looking for a new travel camera, you might want to take a few minutes to watch this video review. It will give you a better feel for the capabilities of the E-M10 Mark II. We also have more information about the camera here.
